PAGE lw 江 西 理 工 大 学 南 昌 校 区 毕 业 设 计（论文） 题 目：高校财务风险的分析与防范 系 部：经济管理系 专 业：会计电算化 班 级：08电算化一班 学 生： 学 号指导教师：。。。 职称：讲师 摘 要 为适应市场竞争的需要，随着高等教育大众化趋势的发展，高校进入大规模的扩招阶段势必使得许多高校不断扩张学校规模，在扩张的过程中财务风险不断的显现出来，不少高校通过银行贷款等筹资方式大规模地负债经营，加大了高校办学的财务风险。因此深入解剖高校风险形成的原因，探讨化解风险的对策，及时防范财务风险也变得尤为重要。 本文通过定性分析、概率分析、杠杆分析等方法具体阐述了财务风险的涵义和类型，目前高校财务风险的现状，以及对现状的分析，论证了高校财务风险产生的原因，得出了防范高校财务风险的措施。该课题研究的最终目的就是希望通过对高校财务风险的研究和分析，促使高校在未来的发展道路上朝着健康、稳定、规划化的方向发展。 关键词: 高校；财务风险；防范 ABSTRACT To meet the needs of the market competition, as higher education universal trend of the expansion phase of a will made many college have expanded school, the expansion of the financial risk of the show, many institutions of higher education through bank loans for wholesale financing mode of debt management and increase the higher the financial risk. so deep in the dissecting higher risk of reason will risk of countermeasures and guard against financial risks, which is particularly important.
