PAGE JINGGANGSHAN UNIVERSITY 本科毕业论文（设计） 题目 电驱动谷物收集机设计 学 院 机电工程学院 专 业 机械设计制造及其自动化 班 级 机制08本（1）班 学 号 姓 名 指导教师 起讫时间 2012.3-2011.5 电驱动谷物收集机设计 本论文研究目标是：设计一种具备结构简单、操作简便、安全性好、可靠性高、工艺性好、清扫干净、去尘性好的谷物收集机。 主要研究和设计的内容有： 1、清扫机构设计，2、绞龙机构设计，3、链轮机构设计 4、扬谷器机构设计，5、机器底座结构设计，6、传动机构设计 7、整体工艺结构设计 研究方案： 1、进行市场调研，了解各类谷物收集机的结构，掌握其传动原理。 2、根据机器所要达到的功能选材，设计结构，分析计算。 3、分析计算结果初步制定各零件尺寸， SOLIDWORKS建立模型，并进行装配 4、用SOLIDWORKS软件模拟各种条件进行受力分析并校核主要零部件的强度。 5、最后确定各零部件的结构、尺寸。 6、用SOLIDWORKS软件绘制零件图及装配总图，并用AUTOCAD软件绘制二维装配图及零件图 7、编写设计说明书。 [关键词] 谷物收集机 搅龙机构 链轮刮板机构 扬谷器 The electric driven collecting crop combines Author:lijian Jinggangshan University Institute of Technology Jiangxi Jian 343009 Directive teacher: yangyuanmo [Obstract] The rice is the one of the most important food crop in China . According to the survey, The rice planting area close to 2.6 million square hectare , the procdution is almost 160 million tons , it’s proportion is nearly 21% in the rice planting area of the word . so the efficiency how to promote to harvest the rice is the especially importance . Nowadays the made of measures are mainly large-scale harvester combines on the market ,but our country implement a system which is Family contracting in the countryside . it’s characteristics contact with little plating area , Range dispersion , terrace and others .so the large-scale harvester combines don’t adapt function . If our adopted other small-scale harvester combines or manual way, the efficiency would have reduced in the time of collecting grain . So the collecting crop combines arise at the history moment. The studied target of this article is main : the machine is needed to design with following condition ( safe and reliable, Simple structure, Easy operation, Good in usability, Swept cleaning, to clean dust of characteristic is good and others relate) .
