大圆坯连铸结晶器锥度优化的建模与仿真-毕业(学术)论文设计.doc

PAGE l 摘 要 论文根据结晶器内腔收缩形成的体积与凝固壳外表面向内收缩形成的体积相等的原理建立抛物线锥度结晶器模型,应用Ansys有限元分析软件对坯壳等效厚度温度场模拟及计算,应用Matlab软件对钢液总体积收缩率、锥度曲线和结晶器内腔曲线进行计算。通过对普通碳素结构钢Q235、弹簧钢60Si2Mn、马氏体不锈钢2Cr13进行对比模拟和分析得到以下结论: ①不同拉坯速度对坯壳厚度有着较大影响:拉坯速度越快,所形成的坯壳厚度越小,铸坯表面温度越高。反之,所形成坯壳厚度较大,铸坯表面温度较低。 ②结晶器锥度设计的影响主要与浇铸工艺条件相关:1)碳含量对结晶器锥度的影响起决定性作用,碳含量增加,锥度值变大;2)合金元素含量增加,锥度值增大;3)结晶器有效长度越大,凝固系数增大,锥度值增大;4)拉速增加,坯壳厚度变薄,凝固收缩减小,结晶器的锥度减小;5)断面尺寸增加,凝固收缩减小,锥度变小;6)浇铸温度升高,液态收缩率增大,钢液液面附近的结晶器锥度值明显增大。 关键词:结晶器 坯壳厚度 抛物线锥度 凝固收缩 ABSTRACT Papers in accordance with the formation of mold cavity volume contraction as the same as the solidification shrinkage within the shell to set up the parabolic taper mold model. Application of finite element analysis software Ansys billet shell of equivalent thickness and calculation of temperature field simulation, simulate the total volume of liquid steel shrinkage and taper curve and curve mold cavity with Matlab software. Software through the above-mentioned structure of ordinary carbon steel Q235, spring steel 60Si2Mn, martensitic stainless steel compared 2Cr13 simulation and analysis the following conclusions: ①Different billet casting speed on shell thickness has different effects: The faster the casting speed, the smaller the billet shell thickness, the higher the surface temperature of the slab. Conversely, the greater the billet shell thickness, the lower slab surface temperature. ②Mold taper associated with the casting process conditions: 1)carbon content on the impact of mold taper play a decisive role, the carbon content increases the value larger taper; 2)alloying elements with the corresponding taper of the mold is much larger than the value of non-alloy taper mold element value; 3)mold effective length The greater the increase of coagulation factors, increased taper value; 4)increase speed, billet shell thickness thinning, solidification contraction decreased, reducing the taper of the mold; 5)section size increased, reduce the solidification shrinkage, smaller taper; 6)casting temperatur
