PAGE PAGE 26 摘 要 内蒙古赤峰市三座店水利枢纽工程位于西辽河上游老哈河二级支流阴河下游，在赤峰市松山区初头朗镇三座店村上游 0.5km 处，坝址距赤峰市 40km。内蒙古赤峰市三座店水利枢纽工程是一座以城市防洪和供水为主，兼顾生态、农业、灌溉用水和发电等综合利用的大型水利枢纽工程，枢纽主要由主坝（沥青混凝土心墙堆石坝），左、右岸泄洪排砂隧洞，左岸副坝及溢洪道和供水兼发电系统组成，坝顶总长 1104.4m。其工程等级为Ⅱ等，主要建筑物（主坝、副坝、泄洪冲砂洞、溢洪道及供水兼发电引水系统进口）设计洪水标准为 500 年一遇，校核洪水标准为 5000 年一遇。 土石方明挖施工项目主要为上游围堰清基、主坝清基、主坝两岸岩石削坡、坝顶和右岸码头公路石方开挖等项目开挖。开挖时严格按照自上而下，逐层开挖的施工程序。根据施工现场情况，必要时开挖一层跟进支护一层，上一层的边坡支护施工完成后，再进行下一层的开挖，以确保边坡的稳定。 堆石填筑每层堆石料主要作业程序：堆石料运输→卸料→摊平→撒水→碾压→现场取样试验→下一层施工。心墙过渡层沙砾料填筑主要施工作业程序：运输→卸料→摊铺→碾压→现场取样试验→下一层施工。 人力资源：为按期、顺利、高效、优质地完成本合同工程，我局将组建机构健全、管理高效、灵活，并一专多能的现场组织机构和有丰富施工经验的施工队伍进入现场施工。 关键词：施工组织设计；施工布置；施工进度；坝体填筑。 Abstract Chifeng City, Inner Mongolia three shops Project at the West Liaohe River upstream Kazakhstan two old Yin River tributaries downstream, In Chifeng City systemically decreased chutoulang town three NANDIANCUN LONG SPAN 0.5km upstream, the dam site in Chifeng City 40km distance.
