PAGE PAGE I 毕 业 设 计（论 文） 题目：财务软件功能设计的缺陷及对策 摘 要 财务软件是会计信息化实施的软件平台。在我国，财务软件也经历了一代又一代的发展，在会计信息化下，财务软件主要是为提高工作效率，增加管理信息，提高管理能力而形成的进行会计核算和管理的信息系统。在此系统中，会计核算部分是数据和信息来源处理的核心，因此研究财务软件账务处理的各个功能，了解信息加工处理过程，规范信息处理流程，实现会计信息真实可靠至关重要。然而，我们在使用财务软件进行账务处理时，财务软件部分功能中也存在着不足及缺陷。本文重点讨论财务软件的自动转账功能、凭证类型设置功能的缺陷及应对措施，以及软件中购销存模块使用中存在的问题和企业实际应用中存在的问题和应对措施。 关键字：财务软件，功能应用，缺陷，对策 BSTRACT Accounting software is a software platform implementation of accounting information. In China, the financial software also experienced generation after generation in the development of accounting information, financial software, mainly is to improve the work efficiency, increase management information, improve the management ability and formation of conduct accounting and management information system. In this system, the accounting data and information source part is the core, so the study of handling accounting treatment of financial software of each function, find out information processing process, standardize the information processing flow, realize reliable accounting information is very important.
