PAGE PAGE 2 包装机纵封牵引及其调节补偿机构的设计 摘 要 包装工业作为一门新兴工业，具有明显的时代特征。它既是配套工业，也是当今的主导产业之一。在日益发展的市场经济中，包装工业对其他工业的发展起到了推动作用。包装机械是包装工业的一大门类产品，在包装工业中有着举足轻重的地位和作用，它给行业提供必要的技术设备，以完成所要求的产品包装工艺过程。 食品包装中所采用的包装材料一般都印有商标图案，每个商标图案按一定长度等距分布。在包装过程中，必须保证横封切断的位置准确，使包装袋上的商标图案完整无缺。当以固定速度牵引薄膜时，难免会出现封切点没有准确落在商标图案之间的现象，或超前切断，或滞后切断。自动包装机中常采用光电检测控制微调装置来达到要求，微调传动采用行星轮式差动传动装置。 本文主要以立式连续制袋装填封口包装机为研究对象，介绍其国家标准、主要工作机构和工艺过程，阐述了包装袋牵引过程中调节补偿的原理、实现机构，并对纵封牵引及其调节补偿机构进行研究设计。 关键词：制袋包装机；纵封；调节补偿 The design of the vertical seal and the control mechanism of packaging machinery Abstract Packaging industry has an obvious characteristic of ages as a new industry. It is not only an assistant industry, but also one of the predominant industry in nowadays. In developing market economy, packaging industry promotes other industry develop. Packaging machinery is one of the products in packaging industry, It has very important position, and provides necessary technique and equipments, for fit in with request of packaging technology of products. Packing material in food packing always has trademark pattern , which has the same length. In packing we must cut off packing material horizontally accurate, in order to assure the pack is integral. When with certain speed to furnish packing material, it can be come amiss, faster or later. Auto packaging machinery makes use of light electricity examination to control the mini regulating mechanism which is planet gear. The paper regard automatic form-fill-seal machine as the research object, introduce the national standard, main working mechanism and technology process. Introduce the principle of packing control, mechanism. Analyses and design the vertical seal and it’s control mechanism.
