PAGE 摘 要 我国加入WTO后，市场经济竞争更加激烈，建筑工程要求能更快速、更准确地进行工程造价的预测，无论业主还是承包商，这时都需要一套完善的造价预测系统解决这个问题。 本文介绍了论文的研究背景、国内外研究的现状，以及论文的目的和意义、内容和思路。简要分析模糊系统与神经网络的相关理论，并将模糊系统与神经网络进行有机融合，引出动态模糊神经网络。详细介绍动态模糊神经网络的结构、学习和动态算法、模糊知识处理方法，并结合工程造价预测的影响因素，提出了基于动态模糊神经网络的工程造价预测的程序。通过具体实例，描述动态模糊神经网络方法在建筑工程造价预测中的应用流程。动态模糊神经网络可提高工程造价预测的精度，在工程造价预测中具有可行性。 关键词：模糊系统；神经网络；动态模糊神经网络；工程造价；预测  Abstract After our country joins into WTO, the market economy competition is more intense. Construction project bidding requirements more quickly and more accurately to forecast construction costs, regardless of the owners or contractors, then it will need a comprehensive cost forecast system to solve this problem. In this paper, research background, purpose and meaning, content and ideas are introduced. The current situation that domestic and foreign is presented. And the article presents basic theory of the fuzzy system and neural network briefly. The fuzzy system’s and neural networks integration are analyzed and compared, this derives dynamic fuzzy neural network. In the paper, the structure, fuzzy knowledge processing methods, and dynamic learning algorithm of DFNN are introduced in detail, and it combines with the influencing factors of the project cost forecast. And the article proposes the procedure of the project cost forecast system based on DFNN. Through the concrete example, this article describes the dynamic fuzzy neural network application process in the project cost forecast. DFNN improves the accuracy of the construction cost forecast, and have the feasibility in the project cost forecast.
