l 中国石油大学（北京）成人教育 毕业设计（论文） 浅议建筑外墙保温施工监理质量控制 姓 名： 学 号：103301034 性 别：男 班 级: 10级工程管理（专升本） 2012年5月2日  摘 要 当前，随着各种新的建筑材料不断涌现以及群众对建筑节能要求的进一步提高，外墙保温技术作为一个新兴的节能技术，在节能机理与节能效果方面发挥着重要的作用，值得我们大力推广与广泛应用。建筑外墙保温不仅可以用到新建的墙体中，而且，还可用到已经成形的建筑外墙之中，无论在节能机理上，还是在节能效果上都具有着诸多的优势。 建筑外墙保温节能质量验收做为建筑工程的一个分部验收内容正式开始实施于2007年，至今已经有一段时间，在实施过程中无论是施工材料质量、施工工艺采用、施工质量均存在不少问题，尤其是最近两年央视、上海等地因为保温材料使用、施工不当引起的大火给国家财产和人民群众生命造成了具大的损失，造成了极其恶劣的社会影响。从而暴露出参施各方行为不够规范，对外墙保温节能材料特性认识不足，外墙保温节能建筑建设质量不高等缺陷。针对以上现象，本文首先论述了建筑外墙保温施工的关键环节，其次，指出了外墙保温施工过程中常见的问题，最后制定了有效控制建筑外墙保温质量的措施。 关键词：建筑节能；外墙保温；质量控制；施工监理 Abstract At present, with all kinds of new building materials are constantly emerging, and the masses to building energy efficiency requirements to further improve, exterior wall thermal insulation technology as a new energy saving technology, in the energy saving mechanism and energy saving effect plays an important role, is worth us to popularize and widely used. Building external wall thermal insulation energy-saving quality acceptance as a construction project of a division acceptance content officially began in 2007, has already been a period of time, in the process of implementing whether construction material quality, the construction process is adopted, the construction quality are there exist a lot of problems, especially in the last two years CCTV, Shanghai, etc for heat preservation material use, construction undeserved cause fire to state property and the peoples life caused a great loss, caused the extremely bad social influence. Thus joash exposed and the conduct of parties is not standard, external wall thermal insulation energy-saving material characteristics, inadequate understanding, external wall thermal insulation energy-saving building construction quality is not higher defect.
