原创通过答辩毕业设计说明书论文 QQ 194535455 第 PAGE 1页 共 NUMPAGES 27页 新型磨粉磨浆机的设计 【摘要】 由于豆类制品中豆类蛋白质丰富而不含胆固醇，对人体健康十分有利。因此豆类制品很受人们欢迎，作为以豆类制品为主要加工对象的加工机械同样很受关注。 本文所设计的是一种对大米、大豆、玉米等农副产品进行初步加工的机械——新型磨粉磨浆机。它是由机座、电机、动静磨盘、送料装置、轴承座、联轴器等装置组成 电机通过联轴器带动旋转，通过主轴带动固定在其上的联辊旋转，从而使动磨片相对于静磨片运动。送料机构通过料斗将物料送入粉碎齿套内，然后通过联辊的螺杆部分将物料输送到动磨片与静磨片之间进行研磨。同时，物料在粉碎齿套内也能起到初次简单破碎的作用经抹碎后的粉状或浆状物料由出料口排出。原料磨碎粗细程度可通过调节机构来调节。调节机构主要由调节手轮、弹簧、锁紧螺母钢球顶柱组成，作用是通过机构的调节作用，调节两磨片间的间隙，到达调节物料磨碎粗细程度的目的。 本论文通过对磨粉磨浆机的基本结构和工作原理进行研究，通过查阅机械设计手册对关键参数进行比较和确定。本文的研究手法有：观察法定量分析法定性分析法数量研究法的一些常用的研究方法。 本文的研究结论是：通过对磨粉磨浆机的研究和设计对前人已有的基础上进行改进，对其工作原理及基本结构进行了分析和说明，也对关键参数进行了优化设计同时对设计磨粉磨浆机经济效益的分析。为磨粉磨浆机的发展起到一定的推动作用。 【关键词】 磨粉磨浆机 结构 设计 【Abstract】 A New Machine for Grinding Flour and Paste As beans products in the protein-rich beans and not cholesterol so It＇s very beneficial to human health and beans products very popular among people welcome.
