In this thesis, we review the research of supply chain disruption at home and abroad, and use the theory and method of probability statistics and operations to research the problem. We discuss the problem of optimal order with a supplier and two retailers supply chain and the problem of optimal order with two suppli- ers and two retailers supply chain under the condition of supply disruptions, and establish the model with a supply chain composed one supplier and two retailers in the centralized decision-making and decentralized decision-making and the model with a supply chain composed two suppliers and two retailers in the centralized decision-making and decentralized decision-making respectively, then we obtain the order strategies under the two models and illustrate the application of the optimal strategy model through numerical examples.
