In the system of the entire firm, the Limited by Share Ltd is the choice of many investors, investors through the company to lose its ownership of the investment property as a consideration and the corresponding acquiring a stake in the company, equity has become the bridge between the shareholders and the company. This article mainly concentrated on the research of the stock rights. Law field has divergent opinions for stock rights issues, such as ownership, bond rights, members rights, which to some extent reveals the nature of stock rights from different angles and stock rights characteristics, however, there is still some distance for people have a comprehensive understanding on the stock rights. Stock rightsquity is the basis of the company system, which should be known comprehensively and accurately from the company law development and the companys objective.
