公司特征与社会责任相关性实证研究-会计学专业论文.docx

摘 要 本文主要研究内容是公司特征与社会责任相关性问题。首先对企业社会责任 理论、利益相关者理论以及公司特征理论进行了分析。然后，在总结国内外研究 现状的基础上，联系我国上市公司实际情况，依据利益相关者理论，采用定量研 究方法，建立多元线性回归模型，对我国上市公司公司特征与社会责任的相关性 问题进行了实证研究。 本文选取 2007 年至 2010 年深圳证券交易所 A 股上市公司的 2212 组数据作 为研究样本，提出四个假设，并建立被解释变量与解释变量，构建了企业社会责 任评价指标模型，建立多元线性回归模型，分别从不同行业、不同年份对样本数 据进行了描述性分析、相关性分析和回归分析，研究分析我国上市公司特征与社 会责任是否存在相关性以及相关性的程度。研究得出结论：企业社会责任实施水 平会随年度的变化呈现一定的波动性。不同行业企业社会责任实施水平及其公司 特征存在一定差异。我国上市公司企业社会责任实施水平普遍偏低，公司规模、 公司成长性和公司盈利能力与企业社会责任实施水平正相关，公司财务杠杆与企 业社会责任实施水平负相关。最后本文提出了两条建议：国家与政府要积极建设 法制化的企业社会责任实施标准，建立与国际接轨的企业社会责任评价体系，加 大对社会公众企业社会责任的宣传力度；社会各界应加强对企业社会责任的认识 水平，充分发挥社会舆论与监督作用。 关键词： 企业社会责任，公司特征，利益相关者 ABSTRACT This paper studies the link between firm characteristics and CSR. First, analyze CSR、stakeholder theory and the theory of firm characteristics. Then, summarize the domestic and foreign research present situation. With the quantitative method, based on the stakeholder theory and the fact of Chinas listed company, build multivariate linear regression model, have empirical study on the relationship between firm characteristics and CSR. In this paper, 2212 sets of data of 2007-2010 from the Shenzhen stock exchange A shares of the listed company are research samples. Establish 4 hypothesis and dependent variables and independent variables, constructing CSR evaluation index model and multivariate linear regression model, have the descriptive analysis、the correlation analysis and regression analysis from different industries and years to analyze if there were some correlation and the degree of correlation.. Conclusion: CSR with the annual change have a kind of volatility. CSR and characteristics of firms from different industries are different. CSR of the listed companies in China has generally very low level, the company scale 、 business growth and company profitability and CSR are related, the company leverage and CSR is negatively related. This paper finally puts forward two suggestions: state and government should actively construction of legal CSR standards
