II II 摘 要 音乐新课标的颁布与实施，“是中华人民共和国成立以来影响最为深刻的一 次学校音乐教育的改革实践”，①标志着我国基础音乐教育课程改革进入了一个新 的发展阶段。但与汉族地区特别是发达地区相比由于地域、社会、经济、文化的 差异性，少数民族地区的音乐课程改革存在着特殊的困难和问题，急需进行深入 和专门的研究。 临夏回族自治州是甘肃回族聚居区。本文在理论学习、文献查阅、实地调 查，和相关数据统计分析的基础上，较为全面地呈示了该地区音乐教育教学的现 状；剖析了该地区音乐新课标实施过程中存在的问题及其原因；并有针对性地提 出了相应的对策及建议。 本文分为三个部分： 第一章，临夏州传统音乐文化与教育发展概述。本章介绍了临夏州的自然 地理、民族音乐文化、人口状况及民族构成，以及本地区民族教育的发展脉络与 新课标实施的基本情况。 第二章，新课标背景下临夏州音乐教育现状的调查与分析。本章主要依托 调查获得的资料，对本地区音乐新课标实施中教材及课程设置、音乐教学硬件配 置、音乐教师对新课标的认识、教师的学历结构和专业化程度、学生对音乐教学 的态度和评价等情况进行了描述。并指出了其中存在的问题。 第三章，问题分析及对策的路径选择。本部分主要从临夏回族自治州实施 音乐《新课标》的理念、评价体系导向以及教学客观条件三个方面理性的分析， 并探讨了存在的问题。在此基础上，对反映集中的问题展开全面审视，并提出可 供选择的对策及路径。 关键词：临夏回族自治州；音乐新课标；现状；对策 ①王安国．我国学校音乐教育改革与发展对策研究[Ｊ]．北京：中央音乐学院学报，2004 年，第 4 期。 III III Abstract The publication and implementation of the new Music Curriculum has been “the most profound practice and innovation of school music teaching ever since the founding of the Peoples Republic of China”, it signals a new stage in the reform on the elementary music education in our country. However, compared with Han nationality district especially the developed Han nationality district, the curriculum reform of music education in minority regions exists special difficulties and problems because of regional, social, economic and cultural diversities, and these difficulties and problems needs intensive and special research badly. Linxia Hui autonomous prefectures are Hui ethnic community of Gansu province. On the base of theoretical study, document searching, field survey and the analysis of correlative statistical data, the present study provided the comprehensive elaboration on the present conditions in music teaching in this district. The author analyzed and discussed the problems and their causes in the implementation process of the new Music Curriculum and put forward some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
