华中科技大学硕士学位论文 华 中 科 技 大 学 硕 士 学 位 论 文 II II Abstract The concept of fractal geometry is proposed by Mandelbrot in 1975.It developed into a new branch of mathematics more than ten years and becoming a useful tool in studying and dealing with some irregular sets. Though the study and application of fractal geometry theory is developed very quickly and outstanding research results appears continuously, it is very young compared with other subjects, and its theory foundation is not mature. The integration on fractal set has not been considerated. In this paper we defined integration on fractal interpolation curves (restricted on s-set) and discussed its properties. We discussed some integration on curves under special conditions .Because the problem of Hausdorff measures has yet to be resolved, so our work is preliminary. In this paper, we first introduced the basic knowledge of fractal geometry and three fractal dimensions which are used usually. Secondly, the fruits of fractal interpolation curves, include iterated function systems, the lemma of piece together, the principle of fractal interpolation and the dimension of fractal interpolation curves. On the base of these, we introduce the concept of integration on fractal interpolation and discussed its properties. Last, we introduce the results of fractal interpolation surfaces, include the generated principle of fractal interpolation surface, the dimension of fractal interpolation surface, especially the Hausdorff dimension of a kind of surfaces. We defined the integration on fractal interpolation surfaces and discuss the properties simultaneously.
