I I 摘 要 当代大学生是中国青年中的优秀群体,是祖国的希望和未来,生长在这个时代 的大学生,幸逢盛世,既是无限幸福,值得羡慕的一代,又是责任重大、任务艰巨 的一代。他们肩负着推动社会进步和科技强国的重任,其思想状况、身心特点、生 活环境、心理健康和行为表现在一定程度上代表的是祖国新一代青年的精神面貌。 然而近几年来,大学生自残、自杀和出走的报道在媒体上屡见不鲜,我们在痛心一 个个美丽的青春瞬间凋零的同时,也担忧当代大学生为何如此脆弱。因此,只有全 面了解影响大学生挫折心理的因素,我们才能进行正确的心理疏导,才能及时调整 和矫正大学生的挫折心理,从而引导他们勇敢地直面挫折,理性的反思挫折,对于 培养他们良好的心理素质以成为德、智、体、美全面发展的人才和健全的人格显得 格外迫切和重要。 关键词: 大学生;挫折心理;挫折教育 内 内蒙古科技大学硕士学位论文 II II Abstract Contemporary college students are the Chinese youth of outstanding groups, who are the hope and future of the motherland. Growing in this era of the college students, fortunately on prosperity, who are not only infinite happiness and enviable generation, but also are the having major responsibility and arduous task of the generation. Their mission are promoting social progress and science and technology for the powerful nation. their ideological status, physical and mental characteristics, living environment, mental health and behavior are certain extent represents for the mental outlook of the new generation. However, in recent years, college students suicide, dutch act and runaway reported in the media which are seen everywhere. We are distressed that a beautiful youth wither at the same time, also worry why the contemporary university students are so fragile. Therefore, only comprehensive understanding the factors that impact of College Students frustration psychology , can we carry out correctly psychological counseling, timely adjusting and correcting the psychological setbacks of college students, to guide them to face setbacks, setbacks of rational reflection, which is to cultivate their good psychological quality to become the morality, intelligence, body, all-round development of talent and perfect personality appears especially urgent and important .
