Abstract
Objective: By investigating and analyzing the undergraduates resilience level, parental rearing patterns situation and psychological stress level, we try to find the relationship between these factors, and explore the deeply meaningful reason of the undergraduates psychological stress. It can offer references for university and family in students education of mental healthy, furthermore relieve the undergraduates psychological stress level and promote their mental health.
Methods: 495 cases of undergraduates were surveyed with questionnaires of Resilience Survey, EMBU and Perceived Stress Scale. All statistical data were analyzed using the SPSS13.0 statistical software.
Results:
The undergraduates have a little high level of resilience, female students have the higher level of resilience than male students, while the freshmen have a higher level of resilience than the other students.
The undergraduates perceived the parental warmth mainly while they grew up. There are significant differences in almost every factor of EMBU in specialty, gender and only child or not.
The undergraduates have a middle level of psychological stress, and they have significantly different level of psychological stress in nation, specialty and grade.
The scores of resilience were significantly correlated with the scores of Parental rearing patterns.
Multiple stepwise regression analysis show that maternal punishment, maternal warmth and paternal overprotected can interpret the resilience score collectively.
There are significant correlated-relationship between resilience level and psychological stress level.
The scores of constancy, self-efficacy and friend source support can interpret the level of resilience.
The scores of EMBU are significant correlated with anticipation. The scores of paternal overprotected and maternal warmth can interpret the level of psychological stress.
Conclusion: The undergraduates have middle level of psychological stress. The scores of resilience
