工程造价计价模式的对比研究-工商管理专业论文.docx

摘要 我国长期以来在工程造价管理中对工程造价的控制采用的是定额计价模式， 但随着罔家的经济体制改革及市场经济的不断完善，国际上通用的工程量清单计 价模式开始步入我国，井在工程造价控制中发挥了重要作用。 本文从分析工程造价管理模式在国内外的产生和发展情况入手.阐述了工程 造价、定额计价模式和工程量清单计价模式的基本概念和原理，比较了两种计价 模式的内在联系及区别，从中分析出了定额计价模式在市场经济规律中存在的弊 端，及工程最清单计价模式在我国近几年实施应用中存在的问题，并通过锦西石 而 化分公司在具体工程项目改造中的实例来加以印证说明.针对这些问题，提出了 优化定额计价模式的思路，必须保证定额编制的合理性、公正性、公平性、动态 性:以及完善工程量清单计价模式的措施，需要加快企业定额的编制进程，设计 部门的参与，工程造价咨询行业的快速发展，工程造价信息管理的完善和造价从 业人员素质的提高。 通过理论与实例的论证，认为定额计价与工程最清单计价还会在一定时期内 井存，充分发挥各自优势或采取相结合的办法在当前实际工程建设中可以合理的 控制工程造价。 关键词:工程造价计价模式定额工程最清单 b ABSTRACT It has long been for the projecl cost management to control project cost by fixed λrate pricing mode in China. However. with the perfection of out of the countIis econornic reform and market economy.‘ the bi1l of quantities pricing mode is entering our china and even play an important role. λ Based on the analysis the emergence and development of engineering cost management mode at home and abroad，this paper expounds basic concept and principle of quota valuation p州ems and bill of quantities pricing mode in engineering cost，and compares intemal connection and difference of the two kinds of pricing . modes‘ in which is analyzed the difference between the quota valuation pattems in the rules of market economy.句 and the disadvantages of the valuation model implementation in China in recent yearsthe problems in application.
