I I 摘 要 摘 要 女性作为人类的一半，和男性一起共同构成了我们的社会，一起创造了人类文明， 为推动社会发展做出了巨大贡献。但是，在中国历史上，由于封建专制的影响，女性并 没有得到应有的尊重，反而沦为男性的附属品。随着社会的进步，妇女权利意识开始觉 醒，并积极争取自身的权利和更高的社会地位。妇女地位是妇女权利的核心，而妇女地 位最本质、最现实的体现即是妇女的政治参与程度和水平。女性参政作为女性发展的重 要途径，是表达女性自身意见、考虑女性要求的必要条件，因而对于女性的发展具有十 分重要的意义。女性只有能真正表达出自己的需求，才能够实实在在的提高自己的社会 地位，获得更好的发展；女性参政是贯彻落实科学发展观的必然要求，因为女性的发展 是整个社会可持续发展不可缺少的重要内容；女性参政对构建和谐社会具有积极的意 义，因为社会由男性和女性两大社会主体组成，所以我们要构建社会主义和谐社会，自 然也要实现男女两性之间的平衡；女性参政是实现社会主义民主的重要条件，女性参政 不仅能让妇女实现自我价值，更重要的在于可以通过政治参与与男性形成互动、互促、 互助，在这种互动关系中推动社会主义民主的发展。 本文通过介绍女性参政的理论与意义，使人们了解女性参政的相关概念释义与界 定；阐述了女性参政的历史发展脉络与现状，起到回顾历史，立足当下，展望未来的作 用；总结了制约我国女性参政的各种因素，从政治因素、经济因素、文化因素以及社会 因素四个大的方面来详细介绍会对女性参政产生影响的各个方面；最后归纳了几点能够 促进我国女性参政的途径，包括完善立法、政治保障、经济促进、构建先进性别文化等 方面。 关键词 当代中国 女性参政 性别差异 女性发展 II II Abstract Abstract Women as half of human beings, constitute our society and create human civilization with men, so women has made great contributions to promote social development. But, in the Chinese history, due to the influence of the feudal autocracy, women don’t get respect instead of a male accessory. Along with the progress of the society, women awake consciousness about rights, and they fight for their rights and higher social status actively. The status of women is the core of womens rights, and the most essential, the most realistic reflect of women’s status is the level of womens political participation. Womens political participation has vital significance. Womens political participation is the important way of women development, political participation is the necessary conditions of expressing women’s opinion and considering women’s asking. Women only can really to express their own needs, and in this way they can truly improve social status and get a better development. Womens political participation is the requirement of the scientific concept of development. Women’s development is the indispensable and important content of the whole society’s sustainable development. Womens political participation has positive significance on the constr
