Study on Extraction Process ，Preparation Procedure and Quality Standard of Fufang Tongbianyorong Pi Ils ABSTRACT The preparation procedure and quali ty standards of Fufang Tongbianyurong pills were study in this article. The shaping optimum process of preparation 也 was carried out with orthogonal test. This result would be a technology parameters for production of Fufang Tongbianyurong Pills. Radix Puerariae ， Herba Cistanches extract in the same extracting technical conditions. Orthogonal design was used for studying the effect of four extracting factors (alcohol density ，alcohol volume ，time and times) ，with the content of Puerarin and extract yield as markers to optimize the preparative process. The best extracting technique was adding 6 times 60% alcohol ，refluxing and extraction for 2 times，1.5 hour each time. 丁he best moulding technical condi tions: the matrix contained MCC and HPMC ， the rate of extracting to matrix was 10: 15:75(HPMC: MCC: Matrix). Experimental methods and condi tions of making pills is high finished product rate and good quali ty. Study on qulity control standard: It has been identified whether Radix Puerariae ，Herba Cistanches and Radix Scutellariae of preparation exist or not by TLC. 丁he content determination of Baicalin in Radix Scutellariae has been established by HPLC. Baicalin showed a good linear relationship .The method is accurate and quick. This detective index could be used to control the quality of Fufang Tongbianyurong pills.
