How to make players better performance in the opening is particularly important. It is well known that the ability of changing direction and movement is an integral part of the quality of footballer. This article to PAP (Postactivation Potentiation) for the topic, Aims to search the effects of different load squat exercise that stimulate muscles to withstand a certain intensity, in different intermittent time point, the influence of the football players ability to change direction and movement. We can know, football players can squat training before sensitive training and warm-up to enhance the ability of changing direction and movement. In this study, the subjects were divided into experimental and control groups of 10 people each. Experimental group need do 90% 1RM or 50% 1RM squat exercises after measuring before the experiment, then complete “T” shape run test and Illinois run test at 3 minutes later,6 minutes later,9 minutes later,12 minutes later,15 minutes later and 20 minutes later after the squat. The control group does not make any strength practice after measuring before the experiment, then do “T” shape run test and Illinois run test at same intermittent point. The experimental data were analyzed with the following conclusions: 90% 1RM squat exercises induced PAP can affect significantly footballer “T” shape run test results at 3 minutes, 6 minutes, 9 minutes, 12 minutes intermittent time point after squat, Illinois run results have significant impacts on two intermittent point in time of 12 minutes and 15 minutes. 50% 1RM squat exercises induced PAP can affect significantly footballer “T” shape run test results at 9 minutes after squat, Illinois run results have significant impacts on two intermittent point in time of 9 minutes and 15 minutes. 论文随机验证编号:BT42881411
