上海交 上海交通大学工程硕士学位论文 分布式电源接入对配电网运行的影响 万方数据 万方数据 分布式电源接入对配电网运行的影响 摘要 因为化石能源的渐渐稀少和其对地球环境产生的不利影响，所以 能源是否能够得到永久的使用和是否安全已经成为大家关注的问题， 并且对于可再生能源的使用和发展也成为了大家关注的焦点。因此， 在电力系统中分布式电源的接入也在慢慢的增加。 随着风电、光伏等新能源电力设备的开发，大量的分布式电源接 入对配电网的运行产生了一定的影响。因此需要深入研究分布式电源 接入配电网运行的影响。 首先，本文通过分布式电源接入配电网运行后，对变电站和配电 网产生的影响进行分析,研究了遗传算法及模糊决策下分布式能源接 入配电网的网架优化问题； 其次，分析了分布式电源接入变电站对保护和操作的影响，可以 利用储能设备改变分布式电源输出不稳定和输出量少的特性的问题， 但目前储能设备的性能仍需改进。 最后，说明了柔性直流输电是分布式电源对配电网运行影响的解 决方法之一，并通过算例验证。同时详细介绍了柔性直流监控系统， 对于运行人员保证柔性直流的安全可靠运行是十分重要的。 关键词：分布式电源，遗传算法，模糊决策，储能设备，柔性直流输 电 I THE EFFECT OF POWER SYSTEM CONNECTED WITH MASS DISTRIBUTED GENERATION ABSTRACT With fossil erergy gradual depletion and producing unfavourable effect to environment ,it is astrategic problem to the global about the permanent exploitation and safety of energy.It is a very importment thing about the exploitation and utilize of the regenerative energy.so distributed energys apply more and more in the power system. Wind power、photovoltaic power and other new energy power have been incorporated into the power system，Large number of distributed power’s access operation had a certain impact on the operation of the power system. Therefore, further study of the impact on distributed power connected to the power system. Firstly, analyzing the effects of the substation and power system after the power system connected with distributed generation,we research the structural optimization of the substation connected with distributed generation in the microgrid under the genetic method and the fuzzy decision. Secondly, analyzing the effects of the relay protection’s operation after the substation connected with distributed generation,we extract to use the power II storage to improve little output and output instability of the distributed generation,but its performance still need improving at the present time.
