The Investigation on the Contemporary College Students’ Marxism Belief Education
Abstract
The belief, the characteristic spirit phenomenon of mankind, exerts great influence on the individuals and the society as a whole, as peoples spirit backbone and activity guide. The scientific faith will guides people’s healthy development; while the false faith will lead people astray, even break down the whole life. The contemporary college students, with special history mission of making the nation rich and strong, are in the key period of establishing belief. Their belief, does not only relate to the integrated development of themselves, but also relate to the result of our country socialism construction. Therefore, which kind of belief education on the college students we should carry, and how we should carry it is a significant and difficult task for most teachers and the ideology and polity workers of the new era.
The Party and the government have attached importance to the belief education on college students, adopted a series of measures and obtained certain result. But in the real life, there are some problems with different degrees on the education of the belief in the colleges, which affect the predominant role the Marxist faith plays in college. For example, the educational mode of Marxism belief lacks the innovation and the solution to the serious subjects in reality. In view of these problems, I think that nowadays, colleges Marxism belief education must enhance its effectiveness through strengthening the Marxism dominant belief education, strengthening the environmental construction of the Marxism belief education, and expanding the ways of college students’ belief education.
