浅谈我国出口信用保睑存在的问题及对策 ［摘要］随着经济全球化的发展，我W近几年来出口贸易飞速发展。但是在全球经济 一体化发展的趋势T， W际竞争H益激烈，国际金融领域的不稳定因素不断增加，出口企业 面临的变数也越來越多。这些不确定因素限制着企业的发展，影响企业经营规模的扩大，甚 至威胁到企业的生存。同吋，我国加入WTO后过渡期的结束和我国实施“走出去”战略力 度加大，意味着我们在积极参与世界经济一体化进程和分享全球化经济的同吋，也将面临更 多的国际政治、经济风险。一方面，iU场多元化的趋势日益明敁；另一方面，贸易摩擦加剧, 贸易保护主义将以史加隐蔽和更加复杂的形式影响我W对外贸易的发展。在这种形势T，我 国出口企业更要利用好出口信用保险这个强宥利的工具，增强对外贸易整体抗风险能力，建 设更加全面和冇效的风险保障体系，争取从贸易人国变为贸易强国。文章对我国出口信用保 险的发展现状进行梳理，分析我国出u信用保险体系构建屮存在的问题，提出完善我国出u 信用保险体系的措施。 ［关键词］出口信用保险 出口企业 走出去 Research on the problems and Countermeasures of China’s export credit insurance [Abstract] Along with the development of economic globalization，our country in recent years， the rapid development of export trade.
