浅析刑事案件中未成年人的法律援助 ［ ］在我国近些年来，未成年人的犯罪率呈现直线上升之趋势。同时，在对刑事案件中 的未成年人的侦查、审查、审判和执行，都有侵害未成年人合法权益的事件发生。未成年人 是国家发展的基础，对于涉案未成年人应该以教育、感化和挽救为主要手段。但是，在我国 刑事案件中的未成年人和成年人受到的处理没有差异，法律援助也相对乏力。这使得我国刑 事案件中未成年人的权益受到了极大侵害。研宂以此为背景，对相关概念进行了界定，并以 此为切入点，对我国现阶段刑事案件屮未成年人法律援助的现状进行了阐述，并对其屮的问 题进行了分析和说明，并在研究最后提出了完善我国刑事案件中未成年人法律援助的建议。 ［关键字］未成年人弱势群体刑事案件法律援助 Analyses the legal aid of minors in criminal cases [Abstract] in our country in recent years, juvenile crime presents the rising trend in a straight line. At the same time, in the investigation of minors in criminal cases, review, trial and execution, all have infringes upon the lawful rights and interests of minors. Minors is the foundation of national development, for the minors should be involved in the education, persuasion and save as the main means. But, in our country criminal cases of minors and adults did not differ between the treatment，legal aid is relatively weak. This makes the rights and interests of minors in our country criminal cases received a huge setback. Research based on this background，the definition of the concept as the breakthrough point, to our country present criminal cases of minors expatiates on the current situation of legal aid, and the problems are analyzed and illustrated, and the research finally proposed consummates our country legal aid of minors in criminal cases.
