温州第一医院办公楼施工成本管理研究 ［摘要］随着我W建筑市场的不断对外开放，建筑工程的市场竞争愈演愈烈，我W企业通 过不断的提高自身竞争力从而走向世界是大势所趋。国外跨国建筑工程公司中，大多数具备 先进的管理经验和模式，相对于国内建筑企业来说，他们有着较强的竞争力，这就对我国施 工企业的项目管理水平提出了更高的耍求，建筑业必须抓住当前的市场机遇，尽快适应激烈 竞争的市场环境。当前，我国建筑施工企业的项目成本管理水平普遍不高。施工企业通常在 投标阶段依靠追求低价來获得屮标，在项目实施过程屮又想方设法地通过增加变更來增加造 价。这种恶性循环的竞争模式既损害了投资方的利益，造成了投资方不必要的损失，也损害 了施工企业自身的信誉和竞争力，对企业的K：久发展极为不利。因此，对施工企业的项目成 本管理进行研究有着重耍的现实指导意义。 ［关键字］施工项A;成本管理；R标成本管理 [Abstract] With the continuous opening up of the construction market, the construction market competition becomes more and more fierce, and the enterprises of our country are becoming more and more competitive and the world is the trend of the world. Foreign multinational construction companies， most of them have advanced management experience and mode, compared with the domestic construction enterprises，they have a strong competitiveness, which puts forward higher requirements for the project management of construction enterprises in China，the construction industry must seize the current market opportunities, as soon as possible to adapt to the fierce competition of the market environment. At present，the construction enterprises of our country project cost management level is generally not high. Construction enterprises usually in the tender stage of the pursuit of low prices to get the bid, in the project implementation process and try to increase the cost by increasing. This vicious cycle of competition not only damage the interests of investors，resulting in the loss of the investment side，but also damage the credibility and competitiveness of the construction enterprise itself，the long-term development of enterprises is extremely unfavorable. Therefore，the construction enterprise project cost management research has important practical significance.
