中国实型（消失模）铸造的现状与发展 梁光泽1，李增民2 (1中国铸造协会实型铸造专业委员会，上海200086；2河北科技大学，河北石家庄050018) 摘要：中国是继美国、英国、德国和日本等国之后较早（1965年）研究和应用实型（消失模）铸造（FM（EPC））的国家，到今已有43年的历史。近10年来，尤其是近5年FM（EPC）生产发展尤为迅速，取得了十分可喜的业绩。据不完全统计，2007年中国实型（消失模）铸件的产量约为648 000t（其中铸铁件占86.5%，铸钢件占13.0%，铸铝铸铜件占不到0.5%），其中年产量达到万t以上的企业有11家；从事FM（EPC）生产的企业约有200家；简言之，就其产量和生产企业数量均为世界第一。另外，从原辅材料到专用设备已基本实现了国产化和部分产品的系列化和商品化，走出了具有中国特色的实型（消失模）铸造之路。 关键词：中国，实型铸造；消失模铸造；现状；发展 The Present Status and Outlook of Full Mold (Expendable Pattern) Casting Process in China LIANG Guang-ze1, LI Zeng-min2 (1 Full Mold Casting Special Interest Committee of China Foundry Association, Shanghai 200086; 2 Hebei University of Science and Technology, Shijiazhuang 050018, Hebei) Abstract: China is one of countries to research and apply early full mold (lost foam) casting process since 1965, which have been holding 43 years, following United States, United Kingdom, Germany and Japan, ect.. Recently decade, specially recently 5 years, the its developing is rapid more than all, and the delightful outstanding achievement on it had been obtained in China. According to our noncomplete statistics, about 648 000 tons of production of full mold (lost foam) castings was achieved in China, in which there are 86.5 percent of iron castings, 13.0 percent of steel castings and 0.5 percent of aliuminum, bronze castings, ect.. There are now about 200 of full mold (lost foam) casting foundries in China, in which 11 of foundries are above 10 000 tons of productions of castings. In brief the casting productions and lost foam foundies are listed at first in the wolrd. In addition, the raw and accessory materials, special equipments for lost foam process have been domestically produced, in which some products have been produced in serialization and in commercialization. Hereby China has originated a developing way of full mold (lost foam) casting process with chinese feature.
