The causes of those bullying incidents are mostly related to disputes and unsettled issues between the offenders and the victims. Most of these incidents occurred on confined campus areas and were recorded and uploaded on the Internet. Nearly half of the cases were reported to police either by the victims, by the witnesses or by schools. Most cases are resolved through police and school-led investigations. These observations suggest that schools play an important role in managing the scale of campus violence. Therefore, it is necessary to establish school police system, psychological counselor system and educational social worker systems on campus.
