中国农学通报 2011,27(32): 152-156 Chinese Agricultural Science Bulletin 黑龙江省农业企业内部绩效评价 翟 雪，索志林，秦纪媛 （东北农业大学经济管理学院，哈尔滨150030） 摘 要：随着农业产业化的推进，农业企业得到较快发展，为了实现农业企业的科学管理，要求对农业企 业内部绩效进行评价。网络区间DEA 方法是将农业企业分为若干个非完全独立的子系统，每个子系统 中包括输入、输出和中间变量。在大量理论研究的基础上，采用网络DEA 方法和区间DEA 方法相结 合，建立农业企业绩效评价的模型，并利用DPS 数据处理软件进行求解，然后对黑龙江省农业企业的内 部绩效进行研究，进而找出农业企业内部绩效的影响因素，对其进行深入分析，最后提出农业企业内部 绩效改进的方法策略。农业企业每个部门经营的绩效高，减少了农业企业各部门不必要资源的投入，提 升了农业企业的内部绩效水平。 关键字：农业企业；内部绩效；评估方法；DEA 方法；效率区间 中图分类号：F306.5 文献标志码：A 论文编号：2011-1472 The Internal Performance Evaluation of Agricultural Enterprise in Heilongjiang Province Zhai Xue, Suo Zhilin, Qin Jiyuan (College of Economics and Management, Northeast Agricultural University, Harbin 150030) Abstract: With the advancement of agriculture industrialization and rapid development of agricultural enterprises, the author evaluated the internal performance of agricultural enterprises in order to achieve the scientific management of agricultural enterprises. Interval DEA method network is to divide agricultural enterprises into a number of non-agricultural enterprises which are fully independent subsystems, each including input, output and intermediate variables. On the basis of plenty of theoretical study, the author combined network DEA method with interval DEA method to establish agricultural enterprise performance evaluation model and use the DPS data processing software to solve it, also studied the internal performance of agricultural enterprises in Heilongjiang Province, and then identified factors of the internal performance of agricultural enterprises within in-depth analysis.
