the supply chain choose their own effort level for the maximization of collective interests, the expected net profit they obtain in the aggregate will be more than both or one part of them act for individual interests. Therefore, the cooperation mode in which both parties involved act for the maximization of collective interests produces more profits than other modes. There exists profit gap Δπ  between this mode and the others. As for how to distribute profit gap Δπ , this paper introduced discount factor of patience and distributed the added profit basing on the Rubinstein bargain model. 5. This paper took Tianjin Port as an example, elaborating on its cooperation mode of the logistics service supply chain. This paper described the condition of Tianjin Ports development, analyzed its present situation and the experience of the cooperation among the domestic and foreign ports. Introduced the typical mode of cooperation and profit allocation between Tianjin port and other local land ports.
