Research on the Present Situation and Strategy of Educational Technology Competence of Teachers in Henan Higher Vocational Colleges A Dissertation Submitted to the Graduate School of Henan University in Partial Fulfillment of the Requirements for the Degree of Master of Education By Yue Lijie Supervisor: Prof. Li Shejiao May, 2015 I I 摘要 随着时代信息化的发展，教育信息化已成为我国教育发展的重要方向，高职教育信 息化的发展对教师教育技术能力提出了全新的挑战，教师教育技术能力水平的高低是高 职教育信息化发展的关键。随着教育技术在课堂教学中愈来愈普遍的应用，教师教育技 术能力也愈来愈受到重视，提高教师教育技术能力有助于高职教师自身专业的发展，对 促进高职教育的改革与发展有着长远的意义。 本研究通过文献研究、问卷调查和深度访谈等研究方法，对河南省高等职业院校教 师教育技术能力进行广泛的调查，以期了解其大致现状，并挖掘其存在的问题，找出问 题的原因并提出合理的对策。本论文共六个部分，第一章是绪论，简单的介绍了写作背 景、研究思路与方法；第二章是文献综述和相关概念的解析，通过对国内外研究现状的 简单综述，更深刻的了解了教师教育技术的能力标准，并详细介绍了高职教师教育技术 能力的构成要素；第三章是问卷的设计和实施，通过对调查数据的回收和分析，了解河 南高职院校教师教育技术能力的真实现状，并总结调查结论。第四章列举了美、德、日 三国在提升其高职教师教育技术能力方面所采取的基本措施，并总结其在这方面对我国 的启示；第五章则从四个方面来提出提高河南高职院校教师教育技术能力的相关对策。 第六章是对整个研究的总结和反思，阐述论文的整体研究状况，并总结论文写作不足之 处。 关键词：高职院校；高职教师；教育技术能力；现状分析；对策 III III IV IV ABSTRACT Along with the development of the era of information, education informationization has become an important direction of the development of education in our country, the informationization development of higher vocational education put forward the new challenge to educational technology competence of teachers, the level of educational technology competence of teachers is the pivotal to the development of higher vocational education informationization.
