西南科技大学硕士研究生学位论文 西南科技大学硕士研究生学位论文 第l页 摘 要 钢结构具有施工周期短、工业化程度高、经济性能好、抗震性能优、环 保节能等特点，把钢结构用于住宅建造，具有得天独厚的优势，也符合我国 未来房地产业和钢铁产业的产业政策和科学发展规划。目前我国已兴建了一 批低层、多层、高层钢结构住宅，但受到经济发展水平、观念意识、设计技 术规范的影响，我国钢结构住宅的发展水平与国外相比还存在一定差距。本 文通过运用静态经济分析、动态经济分析、循环经济理论、成本效益分析、 对比分析等方法，结合具体工程实例真实有效的技术参数对钢结构住宅的经 济性能与社会效益进行综合分析，探讨钢结构住宅的应用前景。其中特别就 多层钢结构与钢筋混凝土结构的经济性能进行对比分析，显示出钢结构住宅 在建筑物自重、施工周期、工业化程度、节能环保等多项指标上具有的优势， 是值得推广应用的环保型住宅结构形式。 本文的研究工作，有助于推动我国住宅产业化进程，实现真正意义上的 钢结构住宅体系，同时希望能对钢结构住宅在我国的推广应用提供一定的参 考价值。 关键词：钢结构住宅 结构体系 经济分析 社会效益 西南科技大学硕士研究生学位论文 西南科技大学硕士研究生学位论文 第1I页 Abstract Steel structure has the characteristics of short construction period，high degree of industrialization，good economic performance，excellent seismic performance，environmental protection energy conservation and SO on．Used in the housing construction the steel structure has the advantageous superiority． And it will also conform to our country’S industrial policy and the scientific development planning of real estate industry and steel industry in the future．At present our country has built a batch of low—rise，multi-layer and high-rise steel structure housing．However，due to the economic development level，the concept of consciousness and technical design specification，our steel structure housing development level compared with foreign countries still exist certain disparity． With real and effective technology parameters of specific engineering example， the article apply the static economy analysis，the dynamic economic analysis， the circulation economic theory，cost-effectiveness analysis，comparative analysis and other methods to analysis by synthesis the steel structure housing’S economic performance and social benefit and discuss the application of the steel structure housing．In particular the multi—layer steel structure is compared with reinforced concrete structure，showing its superiority in weight construction period，degree of industrialization，energy conservation and environmental protection ere．It is a worthy application of envir
