摘要 伴随着全球经济一体化和区域经济一体化进程的进一步加速，以天津为中心， 加强环渤海地区的联合与协作，加强环渤海区域信息资源开发、利用和交流，提供 信息资源共事和决策支持服务有着蠢耍的、不可替代的作用。 本系统运用软件工程的概念进行系统分析和设计，应用数据库原理的基本 知识进行概念结构设计，介绍了环渤海区域信息合作系统的设计思想，给出了 系统的构建方案，基于 B/S结构，采用visual 阳dio 2005、SQLSERVER 啕 2005、.NET等技术进行了系统开发，对系统黯体及各个功能的设计、安全性分 析及系统实现的关键技术进行了描述，并对敏捷建模实践方法在系统设计中的 吗 应用进行了重点说明。 环渤海区域信息合作系统的设计是基于 Web的倍息系统，它是环渤海区域 各城市之间信息交流共亭的基础平台，以这个平台作为城市与城市之间各类信 息和数据共亭的工具和纽带，通过用户级别的设置，可以共享到信息资源库里 有价值的信息，为各省市信息中心提供着决策支持服务。 关键词: 区域合作，信息共事，区域发展，功能实现 . .
