万方数据 万方数据 摘 要 随着社会的发展，自动化管理为钢铁企业的发展带来了技术的革命，提高 了钢铁企业的经济效益，很多钢铁企业都纷纷建立钢企自动化管理系统。在软 件开发技术方面，基于 Java 的开发平台有着不可比拟的优势。JavaEE 有稳定、 开放、安全等特性。在实现了高扩展、高维护的基础上，降低了开发成本。因 此，将 Java 技术应用到建立自动化管理系统上已成为必要趋势。 本文首先根据热轧厂的特点进行详细的需求分析，并详细介绍了 Struts2、 Spring 、 Hibernate 、 JPA 的 原 理 和 特 点 及 系 统 的 开 发 工 具 ， 最 终 选 择 Struts2+Spring+Hibernate+JPA 的开发技术，解决了单个框架功能缺陷和不同框 架间融合度差的问题。 然后重点介绍了系统的模块设计与实现，包括介绍系统总体框架及部分模 块页面展示，简单介绍了数据库的设计，重点介绍开发技术的融合，及视图控 制层、业务逻辑层、持久化层的设计和优化。最后，我们重点阐述了系统的特 点和创新。 目前，自动化管理系统已经投入使用，并取得了良好的应用效果，该系统 改善了企业的办公自动化水平，对提高企业经济效益，实现了科学化、现代化 的管理起到了重要的推动作用。 关键字：钢铁企业；自动化管理系统；JavaEE; Web；现代化 I Abstract With the development of society,the development of automated management brought a technology revolution in the steel business.It improve the economic efficiency of steel enterprises, many steel enterprises have established steel automation management system in succession.In software development technology,development platform based of java has unparalleled advantages. JavaEE is stable, open and safety features. on the basis of achieving the high extension and maintenance,It reduces development costs. Therefore, There has become necessary trend, Java technology applications to create an automated management system. First of all, according to the characteristics of the hot rolling mill ,we have a detailed needs analysis. and we introduce the principle and characteristics of Struts2, Spring,Hibernate,JPA and systems development tools. Finally,We chose Struts2+Spring+Hibernate+JPA development techniques, solving problems about a single frame function defect and poor degree of integration between different frame . Then the paper focuses on the functional modules of the system design and implementation, including a detailed description of the system and part of the overall framework of page display module, a brief introduction to database design, focusing on development technology of fusion, and the view of the control layer, business logic, persistence layer the design and optimization.
