摘要在软土地区，深基坑采用地下连续墙通常需要设置临时水平支撑 摘要 在软土地区，深基坑采用地下连续墙通常需要设置临时水平支撑 梁和临时立柱，这些临时结构建了又拆，造成了极大的浪费。在“上 海城市酒店二期”项目中为避免出现这种情况，设计采用了深基坑“双 合一”技术： 1．地下室外墙与围护墙体相结合，地下连续墙既作为深基坑开 挖的围护结构，又作为永久性地下室外墙。 2．主体结构水平构件与支护结构水平支撑相结合。 3．主体结构竖向构件与支护结构临时立柱相结合。 4．采用半顺半逆的施工方法 深基坑“双合一”技术实现了大刚度、小变形、对周边影响小、 不需拆除的特点，同时又避免了全逆作法作业面狭小、施工工艺流程 复杂的缺点，经济性极佳。 本文通过对工程中所作的设计、施工、监测等各方面工作的研究 总结，全面阐述了该技术的优势、可能遇到的困难和解决方法，对于 上海软土地基深基坑的设计和施工有一定的借鉴作用。 关键词：地下连续墙、深基坑“双合一”、水平支撑系统、半逆作法 ABSTRACTIn ABSTRACT In the soft soil ground area，the underground continual wnll of deeply excavated foundation always required temporary horizontal and vertical support beams and columns，these temporary structures will be removed after a11，that has created the enormous wastes．In。Shanghai City Hotel phase 2”project，in order to avoid that kind of waste mentioned above，we adopted a new“2 in 1”technology in deeply excavated foundation design． 1．The external wall of basement and the surrounding protection wall of deeply excavated foundation was unified as one，namely the external wall of hasement is the surrounding protection wall of deeply excavated foundation． 2．The main structure’s horizontal members and the protecting structure’s horizontal supporting were unified as one． 3．The main structure’s vertical members and the protecting structure’s vertical supporting were unified as one． 4． Adopt the semi-rap-down construction measure- The new“2 in 1”technology features big rigidity．small deformation,light affection to outside，and no need to be removed，and also avoid the shortcomings of‘ful卜backward”construction measure，such as：operation space is small，the construction procedure is very cemplicatedt and earl save lots fund． The article fully explained this technology’s advantages，difficulties and solutions through out the research in design，construction and inspection of this project：should be a reference for deeply excavated foundation’s design and construction in Shanghai’s soft soi 1 are Key words：underground continual wall．“2 in 1”technology in
