Some scholars believe that the moderate earnings management is a sign of enterprises continued to mature. In China, however,It is difficult to achieve the function of the capital market to optimize the allocation of resources due to excessive earnings management behavior of listed companies mislead the decision-making of investors and other users of accounting information.
