While, with the developing of the insurance, the size of the insurance capital is increasing in a high speed. The way of investment has been broaden. At the same time, the request of management and supervision of insurance fund has raised. In the paper, some basic concepts are made in the first. Then, I analyze the current situation on insurance fund. In the third part, I contract the foreign situations and come up with some experiences that benefit for us. Based on it, I make the conclusion that management and supervision in the process of fund is taking a substantial position. Finally, some measures are put forward from the micro and macro views.
