It was concluded that China’s research of urban land optimal allocation was influenced by the reform of economic system, the research of urban land optimal allocation changed from theory to technology and method, China’s integrated research of urban land spatial optimal allocation was insufficient, China’s microscopic research of urban land spatial optimal allocation need deeper study. Further research includes spatial optimal allocation of urban landthe external effect of urban land optimal allocation, and the relation of the city and the region about land use.
