PAGE PAGE 1 实施人本位整体护理 打造优质护理服务品牌 郭淑娟,王春秀,王筱红,郑丹,周爱芳,魏慧芳,李利,李玲霞 作者单位:天门市第一人民医院(湖北?天门,431700) 郭淑娟:女,本科,副主任护师,1906818443@,联系电话 【摘要】目的:探讨“人本位”整体护理模式的构建与实施对提高护理质量和患者满意度的效果。方法:根据著名医院管理专家张中南教授倡导的“人本位”整体护理理论,结合医院实际情况,构建“人本位”整体护理模式并实施,包括树立“人本位”整体护理理念,成立“人本位”整体护理工作组织、制定实施方案,“人本位”整体护理工作流程再造,护理人员“人本位”整体护理能力培养,确定试点病房,遴选“人本位”整体护理质量敏感指标、建立质量持续改进机制,定期督导、组织“人本位”整体护理综合查房、召开工作汇报、经验分享会、研讨会,保障“人本位”整体护理工作的开展。 结果:“人本位”整体护理模式试点病房工作质量、患者对护理工作满意度均高于非试点病房。 结论:“人本位”整体护理模式的构建与实施可有效提高护理质量和患者满意度。 【关键词】人本位 整体护理 构建与实施 【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of the construction and implementation of human centered holistic nursing model in improving nursing quality and patient satisfaction. Methods according to the famous hospital management expert Professor Zhang Zhongnan advocated human centered nursing theory, combined with the actual situation of the hospital, the construction and implementation of holistic nursing mode of people oriented, including the establishment of human centered philosophy of holistic care, the establishment of people oriented holistic nursing work organization and implementation of the scheme, the people oriented holistic nursing working process reengineering, training of nursing staff of people based holistic nursing ability, to determine the pilot unit, the selection of a standard the overall quality of care and quality sensitive indicators of the continuous improvement mechanism, regular supervision, organization of people based overall nursing rounds, held a work report and experience sharing sessions, seminars, to carry out security standard holistic nursing work. Results the work quality and the satisfaction degree of the patients in the experimental wards were higher than that of the non pilot wards.
