摘 摘 要 。21世纪是以知识创新和应用为重要特征的知识经济时代，随着知识和技术创新频率不 断加强，知识更新周期缩短。对于当代大学生来说，要适应社会变化和激烈的竞争，具备“会 工作、会学习、会研究”的能力是非常重要的，研究性学习就是培养这种意识和能力的有效 途径。 研究性学习是指学生在教师的指导下，从自然、社会、生活中选择和确定专题进行研究， 并在研究过程中主动地获取知识、应用知识、解决实际问题的学习活动。这种学习活动主要 有三大功能：培养开放个性与前瞻眼光、激活探究兴趣与创新意识、塑造务实精神与动手能 力。研究性学习不仅是时代的呼唤，更是信息社会培养人才的必然选择。研究性学习作为培 养学生创新精神和实践能力的一种重要途径和载体，它集中体现了现代教育理念，反映和回 应了时代对教育的需求，无疑是当今国内外基础教育改革的热点、亮点和难点。作为高层次 创新型人才培养基地的高等教育，尤其是大学物理教育，笔者认为也应重视研究性学习。 本研究通过问卷调查、访谈、文献分析、比较研究等方法，在具体的教育理论指导下， 从研究性学习产生的背景入手，介绍了研究性学习的内涵、研究性学习的目标，阐述了研究 性学习的特点以及研究性学习在各国的发展历程，同时，通过描述在大学物理中实施研究性 学习的意义，以及研究性学习的实质和在大学教育开展研究性学习所需具备的客观条件，该 文论述了研究性学习在高校中实施的可行性，并根据大学物理教育具有基础性、实践性、前 沿性、探索性、应用的广泛性和方法普适性的特点，将研究性学习与网络相结合，建立专题 学习网站，并通过“电磁波”研究性学习案例为研究性学习理论如何应用于实践给出了直观 的操作范例。 关键词：研究性学习、大学物理、创新精神、实践能力、电磁波、专题网站 Abstract2 Abstract 2 1th century is of knowledge economy with the important characters of knowledge development and implement．During the period,with accelerated tempo of knowledge development and technology innovation,we should be equipped、撕t11 capacity of studying, working and researching，in order to update selfs knowledge continually and then better adapt to the dramatic changes and tense competition．Research learning is the most efficient method of fostering such an ability． Research study is an approach to learning that involves process of exploring the llaRlral or material world,and that leads to asking questions，making discoveries，and rigorously testing those discoveries in the search for new understanding．Such process includes three main ainls： fostering open mind and intelligent vision,activating research interest and innovation s曩lse’ building down-to-earth sp疏and action ability．Research study is not only modern slogan for this era,but also necessary means of training elites for knowledge society．As an important access and embodiment of cultivating students’innovation spim and implement capacity,research study incarnates modem education ideas，satisfies the demands of current society and has de印 influence on the advancement of
