中文摘要摘要 中文摘要 摘要 船舶管理是航运业的基础，属于航运服务业，为船东提供船舶技术及商务管 理。LNG船舶管理是船舶管理中的高端分支，从1959年第一艘LNG船舶诞生到 现在才56年的发展历史。而中国进入此行业的时间是2004年，以广东的LNG进 口项目为突破口，以C公司的成立为标志。经过几年的发展，C公司LNG船舶管 理走过了初期的成长阶段，进入了核心战略转型的关键时期。此时，以C公司LNG 船舶管理核心战略为题进行研究，不仅会为C公司自身的发展提供方向，还将对 中国LNG船舶管理的健康发展产生有利影响。为研究LNG船舶管理的核心战略， 文章运用企业战略管理的一般理论，深层次地对C公司的优势、弱势、机会、威 胁进行SWOT分析，选择性地引入国际同行进行对标分析，把握C公司LNG船 舶管理的定位。在此基础上文章系统地提出： “公司层——业务层——职能层 核心战略和相应的战略目标，制定出一系列具体的保障措施。 文章的主要内容为五部分。第1章介绍选题的背景和意义、研究现状和分析、 写作思路；第2章概述LNG船舶管理和企业战略管理的相关理论，包括LNG船 舶管理的定义、性质、业务范围、LNG船舶管理公司的地位、经营管理管理活动、 企业战略管理的层次、过程、竞争分析模型、SWOT分析法；第3章分析C公司 LNG船舶管理的内外部环境，包括背景、资源、市场营销和财务状况、宏观环境、 行业环境、主要竞争对手；第4章论述C公司LNG船舶管理核心战略的选择，包 括总体战略和目标定位、业务思路和战略选择，并从职能战略角度指出何为核心 战略，表现为市场、人力资源、品牌等三个方面；第5章探讨C公司LNG船舶管 理公司核心战略的保障措施，包括市场开发、人才建设、业务重组和优化、品牌 建设等四项内容。 关键词：LNG；船舶管理；对标分析；核心战略 万方数据 英文摘要ABSTRACT 英文摘要 ABSTRACT Ship management is the foundation of the shipping industry，and is regarded as shipping service industry which provides technical and commercial services for ship owners．LNG ship management is a high—end branch within ship management field，and there is only 56 years development history since the first LNG vessel delivery to operation in 1 959．However，China joined LNG shipping industry formally in 2004， thereupon which symbolized by China’S first LNG import project in Guangdong initiated and C Company established．After several years of development，LNG ship managemen of C Company went through the early stages of growth to the important periods of strategic transformation．The study on key strategies will not only provide directions of development for C Company,but also create great significances for the development trends of China LNG ship management．For the study on key strategies of LNG ship management，the general theories of enterprise strategic management are put in use，with applying the methods of SWOT analysis，to deeply analyze strengths， weaknesses，opportunity,threats relating to LNG ship management of C company，and through introducing the method of benchmarking analys
