摘 要 二十世纪末以来，电力企业信息系统各自独立、区域分开、不兼容，难以实现信息 交换，形成了电力企业的“信息孤岛”问题, 这也变成了电力企业协调各部门执行能力 和业务能力、提高企业产出和员工绩效的瓶颈。基于上述缘由，电力企业寄希望于业 务系统集成一体化平台冲破应用间的壁垒，基于 SOA 的电力企业信息化集成的方案提 供了新的方式和思路。 SOA 面向服务架构，是最新的企业应用集成技术方案。SOA 是具有松散耦合、系 统应用数据、构造分布式系统的一种集成方式，把应用系统各项功能提供服务接口， 实现各种服务之间的集成与管理。把应用集成之间的复杂性降低，使企业灵活的适应 环境的变化，在创建新的应用服务时把风险降低到最低。 本文深入研究了 SOA 架构，以绩效考核系统作为入手点开展工作，设计并实现一 套基于 SOA 技术的电力综合信息服务系统，全面分析比较了 Web 服务系统实现的有关 技术方案，在探讨 Web Services 和 ESB 技术在服务系统设计中的优点和不足的基础 上，给出了服务系统的框架结构、设计模型、服务功能设计等。最后运用相关技术建 成了电力综合信息服务系统，包括逻辑业务支撑服务模块、系统功能服务模块、基础 数据服务模块等内容。 目前该系统已完成并投入运行，运行结果表明，本系统结构合理、功能完善，在 电力系统信息化集成方面有发展潜力。 关键词：SOA；电力企业；系统集成；Web services I Abstract In recent years, between the power of enterprise information systems with independent, decentralized regional variation, is not compatible, it is difficult to realize the exchange of information, the formation of islands of information in the enterprise, which became the power companies the ability to coordinate the implementation of the various departments and business capabilities, improve business output and employee performance bottlenecks.
