外牆整建專利技術分析與預測 摘 要 有鑑於政府編列預算致力於推動老舊建築物「外牆清理」、「老屋拉皮」整建計畫以提升都 市城鄉風貌，未來整建需求將大幅提升，而消費者在進行外牆整建時，易有交易成本過高與資 訊不對稱之現象 因此有關整建技術資訊， 的重要性日益增加 。本研究目的 主要調查有關外牆整 建的專利資訊和消費者對外牆整建的需求。研究結果顯示，廠商供給面與消費者需求面均以防 火外牆排名第一，顯示民眾與整建廠商均對防火外牆極為重視；再者，研究發現外牆整建技術 供給與需求有明顯之落差。從供給面來看，因應科技日新愈異，近年來廠商投入太陽光電、奈 米自潔相關專利技術數量甚多；而從消費者需求面來看，外牆整建性能則以健康舒適、節能減 碳、美化外觀需求最高；外牆整建需求則以隔熱外牆、隔音外牆、耐久性外牆需求最高。反之， 消費者對科技應用之太陽光電、奈米自潔外牆需求甚低，排名落後。研究結果與發現可提供整 建廠商有關消費者需求訊息，而消費者亦可瞭解廠商的相關技術資訊，降低整建交易成本與資 訊不對稱之現象，改善供需落差之問題，以滿足多樣化的整建需求，進而提升建築物資產價值。 Keyword ：外牆整建；專利檢索 ；專利分析 ；問卷調查 ；消費者需求 I The Analysis and Forecast of Patent Technology for External Wall Renovation Abstract Taiwan government has enlisted budget for the promotion of “cleaning of external walls” and “remodeling of old houses” in old buildings to beautify cities and rural areas. The future demand of renovation has been greatly increased. There is usually high transaction cost and information asymmetry for consumers to process remodeling of external walls. The renovation information has become more important than ever. The purpose of this study was to investigate patent information and consumer needs of external wall renovation. The investigation result of this study showed that there was a gap between the supply and demand of external wall renovation. The study found that fireproof external wall of supply and demand was ranked first. From the supply viewpoint, there were more supply about photovoltaic and Nano self-cleaning of exterior wall renovation. From the consumer viewpoint, there were more needs about insulation, sound insulation, and durability of exterior wall renovation. The research results and findings of this study could provide information to manufacturer about e
