Accordance with relevant regulations, combined with the case of high pressure water supply pipe vibration in some thermal power plant, pipeline static was calculated by using CAESAR Ⅱsoftware. Combined with results of vibration testing, the vibration reason was obtained. It was due to hanger installation error, resulting in insufficient rigidityofthepipe.Thepipelinegotsafeandstableoperationaftertheimprovement.
