Wang Ting Abstract Upper limit function of integral，which also called the definite integral with variable upper limit. This is a special kind of function，which not only has the same characteristics with the common functions, but also has a large number of same features that relevant to integration, such as continuity，periodic，monotonicity and so on. Therefore, we can make use of some properties of the integral upper limit function to simplify some calculus problems or be used to prove. This paper mainly discusses the nine categories of problems related to the integral upper limit function and illustrates the integral upper limit function in problem solving and proved in many applications，including the limit of integral upper limit function, continuous and differentiable problem，extreme value, the value problem, zero point problem， the median theorem and related problems.
