竞争情报在企业风险管理中的收应用分析.docx

摘 摘 要 近年来，随着国际经济一体化和国内经济的迅速发展，我国企业所面临的竞 争越来越激烈，所要承担的风险也越来越多。为了在竞争中获胜，越来越多的企 业开始实施竞争情报和风险管理。 目前，企业风险管理尚停留在对纯风险的管理上，而对企业所面临的市场、 技术、管理等动态风险的管理还不能尽如人意。因此，本文提出将竞争情报应用 于企业风险管理中，使企业风险管理从对纯风险的单一、静态管理拓展到对企业 所有风险的全面、动态管理；同时，用风险管理理念指导竞争情报工作，使其更 具有针对性以及更加有效，从而使企业管理者实时掌握竞争态势，洞悉潜在风险， 进而提高企业应变能力、抗风险能力以及市场竞争力。 本文在对竞争情报、企业风险以及风险管理进行综述的基础上，结合企业实 践案例，应用文献调查法、对比分析法、案例调查法等研究方法，重点论述了将 竞争情报应用于企业风险管理的主要工作流程，并在此基础上讨论了竞争情报工 作在企业高风险领域，如危机处理和风险投资中的应用，还简单阐述了竞争情报 应用于风险管理过程中应当注意的问题。 关键词：竞争情报风险管理企业管理 Research Research on the Application of Competitive Intelligence to Enterprise Risk Management Major：Information Science Name：Lou Zhuonan Supervisor：Prof．Luo Shisheng ABSTRACT With the rapid development of economic globalization and the remarkable economic growth in China，the companies in our cotmtry are facing the fiercer competitions and the more risks than eveL In order to win out in the competition， more and more companies are putting the Competitive Intelligence and Risk Management into practice． At the present time，the area ofEnterprise Risk Management is still be restricted within the narrow limits of the pure risks and cannot dispose the dynamic risks such as market risk，technology risk and management risk appropriately．In this article，the application of Competitive Intelligence to the Enterprise Risk Management is brought forward．In this way，the Enterprise Risk Management Call be extended from the simplex management ofpure risks to the dynamic management ofthe complete risks． In the other hand，with the idea ofthe Risk Management，the Competitive Intelligence work will have more pertinence and be more effectively．By using the mutually complementarity ofthe Competitive Intelligence and Risk Management，the managers Can master t11e situation ofcompetition，insight into the risks，advance the enterprise’S flexibility and the risk—opposability，and accordingly maintain the competitive advantages ofenterprises． Based on the summaries ofthe Competitive Intelligence and Risk Management， this arti
