摘 要 摘 要 学院工作效率的提高来自管理和决策水平的提高，而高水平的管理和决策都需要快 速、准确、丰富的信息支持。现有的手工操作不仅效率低而且差错率高，这样的工作方 式已经严重制约了学院教学和教务等各项工作。基于 WEB 的河北机电职业技术学院管 理信息系统正是为此设计的。 首先综合分析论述管理信息系统开发的总体规划和设计目标，既有远景规划又明确 了本文的设计目标。分析了传统学院管理的业务流程、数据流程分析得出系统功能需求， 同时分析了系统性能需求和扩展需求。 其次，根据系统功能需求及用户角色的不同，设计了基于 WEB 的河北机电职业技 术学院管理系统，将系统划分为办公管理子系统、教学管理子系统、学生管理子系统和 就业子系统。每个子系统实现特定的功能需求。 再次，给出了系统各主要功能模块的程序处理流程，同时，详细说明程序中的关键 技术，使用 JavaEE 技术开发实现了基于 WEB 的河北机电职业技术学院管理信息系统。 关键词 学院；教学管理；办公管理；管理信息系统；JavaEE Abstract Abstract The improvement of work efficiency in the college depends on the decision-making level, and a high level of management and decision-making need rapid, accurate, abundant information support. The current manual operation is inefficiency and high error rate,which has hindered the teaching work and administration in the college. Based on the WEB Hebei Institute of Machinery Electricity management information,the system is designed. Firstly,this paper comprehensively analyzes and discusses the overall planing and design goals of the development in management information, which includes long-range plan and purpose of the paper. system both vision and clear this design goal. The paper analyzes the business process of traditional college management, data flow analysis ,acquiring system function demand, at the same time, it analyzes system performance demand and expand demand. Secondly, according to the functional requirements of the system and the differences of user role, this paper designs the mamangement system of the Hebei Institute of Machinery Electricity ,which is based on the WEB. The system is divided into office management system, teaching management system, the student management system and employment system. Each subsystem is to achieve specific functional requirements.
