BACKGROUND：CYP2A6 BACKGROUND：CYP2A6 is important drug enzyme that can be induced by many endogenous and啪鬻籼subtances．hnKNP AI omn play an crucial role in post-transcription regulation of some mRNAs．RI啪cenuy scientists had found out that hnRNP AI can bound to CYP2A6 mRNA through some specific domains,then regulate the expression of mRNK In many tumors,the expressions of hnRNP A1 and CYP2A6 were higher than normal ones．The aims of this study were to investigate the relationships among the expressions of CYP2A6,hnRNP AI and hepatomThe relationships would be described in mRNA level and protein expression level．In the same time,the expressions of hnRNP A1 and CYP2A6 in hepatoma tismm should be compared with normal liver tis,qUes．And we could consider if there had any distinct between the expressions． AIM-The objectives of current study were tO investigate the relationships among CYP2A6，hnRNP A1 and hepatoma,and to find out the distinct expressiom of hnRNP A1 and CYP2A6 in control and hepatoma tismm．Then try to find if hnRNP A1 protein should be a critical factor to influencing the expressiong ofCYP2A6． METHODS：22 liver tissues were collected(1l bepatoma tissues,and 1 1 controI ones)．Thc mRNA levels were detected by realtime PCIL and the protein levels Were quantitated by western blotting．We used RNAi to make hnRNP A1 gene silencing,then detemed the protein expression of CYP2A6． RESULT：Compared hepatoma tissues with control ones,the mRNA expressions of hnRNP A1 and CYP2A6 were much higher(p=o．002)．The same situation WU in protein level(唧．002)．We analyzed the relationship between hnRNP A1 and CYP2A6，there had no sisni：ficant relationships between them both in mRNA and protein level in control liver tismes,but in hepatoma tissues,potential positive relationships were found (唧．003 in mRNA level,and p=0．002 in protein level)．After correlationship analysis, potential positive relationships between hnRNP A1 and CYP2A6 had been found in hepatoma@司．013 in mRNA level,印．006 and i
