2014 年12 月 八 桂 侨 刊 Dec．2014 第4 期 Overseas Chinese Journal of Bagui No．4 澳大利亚中印移民结构数量对比研究 张丽娜 （暨南大学 国际关系学院/华侨华人研究院，广东 广州 510632） ［摘 要］2011-2012 年度，印度超越中国成为澳大利亚永久性移民最大来源国，2012-2013 年度依旧 保持最大来源国地位。本文以澳大利亚移民局、统计局官方最新资料为依据，从移民构成和数量方面对澳 大利亚的中国和印度移民进行比较研究，发现亚洲移民已成为澳大利亚移民的主要来源，印度之所以超过 中国成为澳大利亚永久性移民最大来源国主要是因为技术移民数量巨大，以此趋势发展下去的印度移民 在未来几年极有可能超过中国成为继英国、新西兰之后的澳大利亚第三大移民群体。除技术移民流失和留 学生流失，中国相比印度更加面临着商业创新投资移民的流失，加之中国国内的新增劳动力下降危机，中 国调整移民政策已成为形势所必须。 ［关键词］澳大利亚；中国移民；印度移民；结构数量；对比 ［中图分类号］D634.3.611 ［文献标识码］A ［文章编号］1002－3925 （2014）04-0038-10 The Contrast between China Immigration and India Immigration in Australian from Structure and Number Zhang Lina （School of International Studies / Academy of Overseas Chinese Studies ，Jinan University Guangzhou，Guangdong，510632） Abstract ：India replacing China became the largest country of origin of Australia ’s permanent immigration during 2011-2012 and remains its position during 2012-2013. Based on the latest statistics from Department of Immigration and Border Protection and Australian Bureau of Statistics ，this essay intends to do a comparative study between Chinese immigrants and Indian immigrants in Australia from the perspective of immigrants ’structure and number. The paper not only finds out that Asian immigrants become the main source of immigrants in Australia ， but also figures out it ’s because India has a huge amounts of skilled immigrants that India replaces china as the largest country of origin of Australia ’s permanent immigration. Given this tendency ，it ’s quite possible for India to surpass china and become the third largest immigrant group in Australia
