　　摘 要　　科学发展观是全面建设小康社会和推进社会主义现代化建设的重要指导思想，构建社会主义和谐社会是全面建设小康社会的重要内容，是对全面建设小康社会宏观目标的进一步深化。全面、协调、可持续的科学发展观与构建社会主义和谐社会之间具有内涵上的一致性。科学发展观是构建社会主义和谐社会的指导思想，构建社会主义和谐社会是贯彻科学发展观的实践要求。二者统一于全面建设小康社会的奋斗目标之中，统一于中国特色社会主义的建设之中。　　本文试图通过对科学发展观和构建社会主义和谐社会理念作深入细致的分析，深化对科学发展观和构建社会主义和谐社会的全面认识。揭示出科学发展观对构建社会主义和谐社会提供的理论基础，提出运用科学发展观推进和谐社会的构成所必须做的各项工作，为全面建设和谐社会提出建议，并希望自己的建议得到采纳，为建设社会主义和谐社会贡献力量。　　关键词：科学发展观；和谐社会；社会主义； 　　Abstract　　The scientific concept of development is essential for building a well-off society and pushing forward socialist modernization construction the important guiding ideology of building a socialist harmonious society comprehensively building a well-off society is an important aspect of the comprehensive construction of a well-off society the further deepening of macroeconomic objectives.
