（2010届） 本科毕业设计（论文）资料 题 目 名 称： 拟中医手法整骨机械手的设计 学 院（部）： 机械工程学院 专 业： 机械工程及其自动化 2010年6月 2010届 本科毕业设计（论文）资料 第一部分 设计说明书 （2010届） 本科毕业设计（论文） 拟中医手法整骨机械手的设计 学 院（部）： 机械工程学院 专 业： 机械工程及其自动化 学 生 姓 名： 杨顺 班 级： 06-2班 学号 06405600205 指导教师姓名： 李光 职称 教授 最终评定成绩 2010年6月 摘 要 目前，骨折整复大多是在X线机的监控下完成的，参与整复的医生大量吃线，X线辐射对医生身体造成严重损伤。本文是在系统分析了整骨机器人的发展与现状的基础上，针对骨折整复的过程进行了分析和研究，研制出一种适合该动作的结构简单，，各参数易于调节和控制，维护检修方便和操作简单等特点的电动机整骨机器人。 本文就如何设计电机驱动整骨机器人进行了论述，其中对电机驱动整骨机器人的工作原理、主体结构、电机驱动系统进行了详细的论述，及简单的PLC控制系统主要的性能参数的分析计算，并对电机传动系统的动态特性进行了分析。由机械系统和自动控制系统，电机驱动系统组成的复位机器人充分体现了骨折修复的好处。机械结构方面主要是针对人的手的大概尺寸而设计完成的，可以根据人的手掌的大小不同规格而调节。 通过以上各部分的工作，得到了经济型实用化高可靠性医用整骨机械手的设计方案。 关键词： 机械手，电动，骨折整复 ABSTRACT At present,resetting of fracture is often completed on the control of X-ray machine.The orthopedists who participate in resetting can absorb a great deal of X-ray,and the X-ray greatly hurts their body. This paper analyzes and studies for the main problems that exist on the resetting of fracture develops a hydraulic bone resetting manipulator that does suit the operation of the fracture. Its structure is simple, its manufacture easy, its production cycle short, its action agile, its adaptability strong, its technique advanced, the adjustment and the control of its parameters easy, its maintenance convenient, and its operation simple. This paper discusses how to design the bone resetting manipulator, which includes its operating principle, the major structure, the motor drivers system and the PLC control system of the electric motor bone resetting manipulator are analyzed in detail, the main performance parameters are calculated , and the dynamic performance of motor drivers system is analyzed.
